How should I proceed if I am applying as a parent / legal guardian of my child?

When you open the application form, you will find an option in Column No. 6 to specify the applicant's relationship with the talent. You may mention your relationship there.

Your photos will only be published within our magazine collection. They may be used for advertising, commercial purposes, or other media platforms TO PROMOTE OUR MAGAZINES. Depending on the sport, we may select your child to be published in our specialized magazine titles (Martial, Aquatics, Skaters... etc)

Vos photos seront publiées uniquement dans notre collection de magazines. No, it is absolutely FREE to be published. And there is no purchase required. Should you wish to obtain a printed copy, that would be the only associated cost due to printing and shipping. However, you are under no obligation to buy anything.

What do I need to submit ?

You need a minimum 6 photos with an article about your Dreams, Goals, Challenges and Achievements. The more photos you submit, better editorial we can do for you.

How long before I know I will be published ?

You will receive your Approval depending on the time you submit your Application. If you apply in the morning, you will be notified the same day. If you apply in the afternoon, you will be notified the following morning. If you apply over the weekend, you will be notified on Monday

Is it FREE to be published ?

IT IS ABSOLUTELY FREE TO BE PUBLISHED. You can also request a FREE Digital Copy, once the magazine is released. There are NO purchases required. If you want to get a Printed copy, this would be the only expense, as it has cost associated with it. But you are NOT obligated to buy anything

What is the monthly distribution of the magazine ?

The magazines are Promotional portfolio magazines, not newsstand magazines. They are not available in general public areas, but only in targeted advertisers interests. They can be bought online and are also distributed to Waiting Rooms, Specialized stores, Sports Complex and partners distributions centers, as per advertisers instructions.

Magazines released weekly or monthly ?

We don't have weekly or monthly magazines; or time frame or Deadlines, When we fill up a magazine, we publish it. We want to publish as many magazines as possible to allow more talents to be exposed and show their skills

What is the paper quality of the magazine ?

The magazines are printed in full color high quality gloss paper. The 64 pages version is stapled and the 128 pages magazines are perfect bind (book Style)

Can we see the magazine before releasing it ?

Special Edition Magazines can be proof-read prior to be released, as it contains the whole team within the same magazine. For our general magazines, it would be impossible for us to wait for all published talents to proof-read their editorial before releasing the magazine. However, we allow corrections to be made in the Master Print to be reported within the first week of being released

What's the purpose of the Magazines ?

The Mission of the magazine is to Encourage Talent, Promote Self-Esteem, Recognize Achievements and give Merit to Establishments who Develop them. This publishing opportunity is open to All Ages, All Levels, All Sports and All Disciplines. We do not discriminate. We give this opportunity to all equally. We understand the impact and the benefits for a young athlete to be published and be considered as a Professional.

We are not a monthly magazine, we publish as many issues as needed to feature the maximum of athletes.

Distribution – Where and how are the Magazines distributed (print, digital, retail locations, etc)?

The Magazines are exclusively in a Printed format. The PDF format is uploaded online to be viewed on our magazine websites. The magazines are distributed mainly throughout the United States and Canada, with some issues shipped worldwide when ordered. The magazines are distributed according to the advertiser's needs and target market. Printed subscribers receive their copies through Canada and USPS Post.

Circulation – What is the approximate circulation or readership of the magazine?

Our expenses are covered by advertisers. Circulation varies greatly according to advertisers needs and intent. We offer multiple opportunities for advertisers to promote their local talents. For Brand Names and nationwide outlets, we offer multiple Direct Mailing opportunities to reach their advertisement goals & target (Stores, Waiting Rooms, participating Sports outlets, etc). Our readers and published talents are Sports and Fitness Enthusiasts, Health and Outdoor consumers.

Costs – Are there any costs associated with participating to be Featured?

NO... There are no cost to be published at all. The only possible cost is if a published talent may want to buy a printed copy of the magazine. But there are no obligations to buy anything to be published. Our expenses are covered by advertisers.

What is the Promo Code for ?

Promo Code puts you on the next issue and bypass the Selection Process.

What do I need to be Published ?

To be published, we require a MINIMUM of 6 photos... But the more you send better editorial we can do for you. We also need an Article about your Goals, Dreams, Achievements, Challenges and Success.

Photo & Content Rights – Do we retain rights of the materials submitted?

We do not require exclusivity over the content nor the photos. The copyright owners retain full ownership. Our Publishing Release Agreement is posted on our submission pages and the applicant grants permission to use, reuse and publish the submitted content for publishing and promotional use of the magazines.

Can you take photos from my social Media ?

NO... We are not allowed to take and publish photos from Social Medias... You need to send them online yourself through our Website.
